Mr Addaem Chandran is the founder and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Addaem Chandran Impact Consultancy PLT and Ikonik Eye Specialist Centre. Before setting up his own training and consultancy business and the eye centre, he was employed at a multinational company for more than 12 years in the Fortune 500 companies.
He assumed multiple roles and led a multi-million-dollar business. He is a well-experienced manager where in his career in the previous company, he handled over 110 employees. He was rewarded with multiple awards for his talent in building businesses and capability. He has a strong passion to utilise his skills, experience and wisdom to contribute towards the society, by sharing knowledge and expertise via various platforms.

About Mr Addaem Chandran
Mr Addaem Chandran grew up in poverty at a rubber estate in Perak. Even as a child, he was well aware that whether he liked it or not, he had to rely on himself to save his family from poverty and that the responsibility to create a meaningful life for his family lay on his shoulders. Since young, he was independent and utilised his knowledge and skills to support his family. When he was a student, he has been involved in different part time jobs alongside his studies, including working at shopping complexes, petrol stations and teaching tuitions to provide sufficient funds to support his education fees.
His perseverance and determination has been acknowledged by private institutions who chose to sponsor his education in his Bachelor degree and Masters degree. Mr Addaem has also been chosen as one of the top ten among two thousand people who applied for the opportunity to represent our country to Canada as a business ambassador when he was a university student. His vision and goal to join a multinational company became a reality when he was offered a job to work in the commercial sector in a multinational company.
History Of Mr. Addaem Chandran
A big turning point occurred in his life when he started to embrace Islam as his religion in 2009. 4 years later, he was married to his wife, Dr Noor Aniah Azmi and was blessed with 3 daughters and 1 son. As a father, Mr Addaem has always prioritised to grow his children not only academically, but also made sure that his kids grow up with integrity and positive values. He has utilised his wisdom and life experiences to raise and teach his kids, with the hope that they would lead a successful and meaningful life as a person. He also prioritised the values of Islam and made sure his children was exposed to Al Quran since a young age.
Mr Addaem is keen to share his knowledge and benefit the society not only from the business perspective, but also to utilise his time to share knowledge about how to lead productive lifestyle, parenting tips and life advice in general.
