What is NLP?
NLP is a way to train our mind to understand the language of our mind. It allows more efficient communication with others, and most importantly with ourselves. It helps us master our unconscious mind in order to ensure that it aligns with our goals, so that we are placed in the best track to achieve whatever we want in life.
Why does it work?
NLP training unleashes the power within ourselves to control our unconscious mind. It enables us to communicate with ourselves in a way that reinforces positive changes to achieve goals that we ourselves want, be it happiness, satisfaction or to change a habit in life. It helps us to understand and control how our past experiences limit our beliefs and affect our emotions now. What is TLT?
Time Line Therapy ® is a method for us to tap into the programming of the unconscious mind, allowing us to understand and control how the past limits our ability to attain goals in the now. People are often bogged down by emotional baggage and negative beliefs about themselves that are shaped by traumatic experiences in the past. These can illicit feelings of guilt, sadness, hurt and doubt which impedes our ability to achieve our goals moving forwards. TLT provides training to manage these past emotions and beliefs, thus generating strong and consistent emotional states that can drive success in life.
Why does it work?
TLT allows comprehension of our internal “Time Line” that is unconscious relating to how we store memories, how those bad experiences limit our potential and how we often project the past experiences into our future. TLT enhances our ability to get rid of unwanted thoughts, behaviours and emotions in order to heal and program our mind along the journey to success.

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a well known method that can be utilised to generate positive changes. It aims to unleash inner potential by being able to encourage positive thoughts and beliefs throughout the process while exploring different states of mind. It can help to encourage positive beliefs which leads to satisfaction and happiness via the unconscious mind. Hypnotherapy also uses different relaxation methods which helps participants feel relaxed and is often described by participants as a calming and relaxing experience.

Hypnotherapy aims to commence the process of creating positive changes that can be highly impactful and influential in our daily life. Often people want to change their attitude and limiting beliefs but find it highly challenging. In this case, hypnotherapy helps by stimulating these positive changes in the unconscious mind.
