Mr Addaem Chandran is open to providing talks and seminars at different functions, and has previously been invited to give talks on various platforms. These include a virtual talk on the official Facebook page of Majlis Akrab Kebangsaan titled Powerful Mind.

Seminars
Seminars with Mr Addaem would be held online regularly every 2-3 months. These seminars would be held online to reach a wider audience. Previously Mr Addaem has held multiple seminars, including a virtual seminar with almost 4000 participants in November 2020. As much as RM 270k was raised from the ticket sales of the virtual seminar and donated for charity.
In each seminar, Mr Addaem would share different perspectives and provide valuable advice on various aspects in life based on his past experiences and wisdom. Each seminar would take around 4 to 5 hours. This seminar is suitable for those who are interested but have a busy schedule as it is conducted in one day and doesn’t require commitment over multiple days or weeks.

E-Book
This book is a biography of Addaem Chandran, esteemed entrepreneur, Business and Life Coach and certified NLP Trainer. In his book, Addaem talks about his life story, allowing readers to appreciate how his childhood, teenage years and work experience has shaped him into who he is today. Addaem shares his pearls of wisdom and practical tips that he has found invaluable in helping him overcome the various challenges and difficulties in his past. He shares this book with the sincere hope that some practical techniques and life wisdom that he has shared can be used to benefit readers in creating the greater good and to achieve success in life.
Corporate Training
Mr Addaem has abundant experience in providing training and coaching for many leaders, employees and mentees over the past few years. Recently, he gave private corporate training to around 200 staff of Petronas Chemicals Ammonia Sdn Bhd. He has received multiple qualifications for corporate training, including certified executive coach and certified team coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is the founder and CEO of Ikonik Eye Specialist Centre. Recently, the company has obtained the grand award of Malaysian Business of the Year and Gold Award for Best CSR and Best Brand Award at the prestigious ‘Star Outstanding Business Award (SOBA)’ which was organised by the Star Media. Additionally, Mr Addaem was also awarded the ‘Par Excellence Achievement’ award under the Male Entrepreneur of the Year 2018.
Prior to this, Mr Addaem has over 12 years of experience in running businesses and working in a multinational company which is listed under the “Fortune 500 Companies”. He has shown strong success and resilience in business management, creating consistent profits despite tough challenges. He strongly believes in realising the full potential of an organisation via talent building, encouraging innovation and charismatic leadership. His experience and wisdom would be distilled into practical strategies and techniques which can be used to build a business, leadership development and improve the efficiency of an organisation among many others.
Mr Addaem also provides training on marketing and sales which can be utilised to build a brand and improve sales.
